About Parcel Returns & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The Tailor-made products can't be exchanged or returned. As for customized items, we are unable to collect them back for reselling. Please be aware of this before starting customization services.
In the meantime, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards, either.
Customers can apply exchange if they don't like the product they ordered(except Tailor-made items). Make sure that items are not used or worn, and are in the same condition as the statue when you receive it.
Please notify us before returning the parcel.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Any extra charges for return/exchange?
Customers need to pay for the return/exchange shipping freight if they don't like the product, except this, there are no extra charges like dealing, processing, or handling fees, etc.
Please contact our customer service before sending back the parcel, We will provide the return label and the customer doesn't need to pay for the return shipping in advance.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buyers are free to return the parcel in 14 days if they are not satisfied with the quality of the items. Before returning the parcel, please make sure that the items are in the same condition as the time when you open them. We will reject a return or refund in the following situations:
1. Item used and appearance changed, it can't be taken back and sell them to other customers the second time.
2. Please submit your return request and get an RMA no. before sending the parcel back to us. Do not send them without notification, please! It's very important. Before you're sending back, we will inform you of the detailed address of the shipping agent you should use and how to keep the package safe to protect the items inside. Refunds will be effected rapidly upon the arrival of goods and checked in normal condition. Freight for shipping the parcel will be deducted from the total order amount, and the balance for the product value will be refunded to buyers. No extra fees will be charged! Anyway, a full refund will be paid in the situation that we sent the wrong items or inferior quality products to customers, by this situation, we will take responsibility for all the freight of shipping including the return shipping cost.
Important note: For returns without reason or we did not make any mistakes, customers need to bear the shipping cost of the returned package. In addition, any package loss or damage should be the responsibility of the customer.
